Be honest, were you closing your eyes on Automatica's kick?

For once, I actually kept my eyes open and they won the game! I can't believe it. Dead center?!?!?!?! Wow, I'm still excited.

When he missed that first one, I was thinking "That's ok, kid. You missed one, it's out of your system, now focus for the rest of the game." When he went back for the game winner, I was nervous, but not nearly as nervous as I would have been with Vandy there.

I couldn't watch. I just listened, and jammed Tostitos with a hint of lime down my throat.

For whatever reason I felt confident that he was going to make the kick. I guess in large part because he nailed 2 kicks earlier in the game.

I punked out, I stated at a game thread and waited for the whoopees or groans. I thought I would be bad luck to watch it. Blame it on a bout of fan neurosis.

I like that camera angle so much better than the "behind the kicker" angle.

Anyway, you could tell right off the bat it was good. That really helped. It wasn't even in question.

No. I had to look. I thought we were due this one.

It was like the ending of a happie movie script.

I kind of got that "due" feeling, after the Eagles fiasco. And, we just seem to be on one of those runs.

I was there and I watched the kick. I was freaking out. I was one of like 5 Cowboys fans in my section. That really surprised me because there's usually atleast that many in my row. Not as many 'boys fans as usual this year. Whatever. After the kick, I looked at all the Giants fans in my section and yelled ...

BALLIN'! (With a little jump shot.)

Let's just say I got some comments made at me that can't be posted here.

HOW 'BOUT DEM COWBOYS?!

I started out watching at a sports bar, but was too nervous to stay. Went home at halftime (had the wife tivo it) and watch the second half.

I stood up right in front of the tv during the kick, but my wife walked out of the room -- until she heard me scream with joy! ;) :starspin

I watched it and was thinking "either way we go to OT". Since I felt Romo could drive us down and win, my thinking was if we miss this, let us get the ball first :D

I was paying close attention to Gramatica during the Giant's freeze attemt during the time out. I didn't like what I saw.

I'm glad I was wrong:bow:
