All week long we will hear just how delusional Cowboy fans are to think we can possibly get anyone better at HC than McCarthy....anyone else getting tired of others telling us what's best for us? NONE of them have had the personal stake that we've had in these EMBARRASSING playoff losses....and while we are at it, how about the @ home blowout losses this year....it amazes me how a few late season wins against ding dong teams seems to wipe a bunch of S show appearances away. These know-it-all experts just want to see us stuck with this boob...same with the local media who gets better ratings when things are bad. The problem is that Booger actually listens to them....they actually convinced him that fans were clamoring for him to extend Dim...I'm convinced of that.

If Jerry Jones is willing to pay enough he can get any available candidate he wants. If he prefers not to pay enough, well, then he may not get the guy he wants.

........We are the nations joke of a franchise. This has to be cleaned up. Jerry has to see this.....I can't see how he can't. Anyone with any kind of knowledge sees the undisciplined breakdowns.....the penalties that never get cleaned up. The uncreative offense....the bad time management. The horrible in game decisions on special teams....This entire things needs a deep cleaning.... and new leadership.

Agree with you on all points…but sadly, Jerry is a narcissist and in his mind nobody can possibly do this job better than he can…he truly believes that and I think there’s a direct quote from Jerry to that effect.
For Jerry to effect change it would require him to admit he was wrong in the first place and we both know that won’t happen…it hasnt happened over the past 30 years.

The sports shows are the definition of brain rot. They only talk about Dallas to get ratings and people keep feeding the beast.

Stephen A. Smith is the prime example. Claims to hate the Cowboys yet can't get them out of his mouth. It's all a show. It's fake. He wants to get reactions out of Cowboys fans to boost ratings.

I stopped tuning in several years ago.

And if he hates them so much why is he talking about what they need? I would think he wouldnt care

McCarthy is almost the perfect Storm for Jerry he keeps him just relevant enough.

With a decent roster and not too many injuries he's good enough to make the playoffs.

But once we get to the tournament where everyone is good all his flaws are on display and are magnified the penalties that have never been cleaned up in his tenure the lack of discipline all the stupid mistakes at the worst times and the clock management it all comes around to haunt us in the playoffs when everyone's good.

So if you can be satisfied with being relevant and hanging around the rim like Jerry is then McCarthy is the guy for you but if you ever want to make it deep into the tournament or win a super bowl you need someone with a lot more attention to detail

It’s true, and to be honest they had their young guy in KM who they outsed and good riddance the Garrett regime needed to be fully removed.

Let’s be fair MM is doing what he can with the groceries he has, Will Mcclay wanted Mazi badly.

I don’t mind keeping him because getting someone else who is a yes man may be worse. We will not hire Ben Johnson or Bobby Slowik and I can’t see them giving Vrabel the choice of bringing in his own staff, likely comes with Zimm.

I’m not sure what to do right now, last week was a huge blow to me I thought the team was ready to rally and gain some experience going on a late run. Outside of Micah, Ceedee, Tyler Smith and a few others the team is unprepared and I think Mike having his core experience in an era with more practises has made him adapt but we need a coach who got his skins in this era of football.
