Im not saying he's, Im say a guard that has only played OT in emergencies is going to be any better and could actually wind much worse. Don't marry yourself to the name. Sitton is a very good to excellent OG. But he is far more likely than not to be a liability if he he has to play LT. If you are looking for a player who can be a swing OT, you need someone who is a natural OT

Those guys dont grow on trees. Nate solder will be too expensive..so we need to explore options at very least.

An aggressive move to go after him would be what a smart team that wants to contend would do.

It would immediately solve the LG situation for the time being and have a player there who is still playing at a very high level.

Signing him would solve the LG situation for a couple of years and would be an immediate upgrade over re-signing Cooper.

And before there is a lecture about his price tag, well, you get what you pay for.

LOL .....he graded out the 5th best guard in the league last year, better than our won Martin. Not sure we can ask for more...
