Bears defense overrated?

No, their defense is incredible. No team scores points on defense the way the Bears do.

What I think is hilarious are the threads that question a unit/team that everyone generally acknowledge as being good. Are the Chargers overhyped? Is the Bears defense overrated?

The only thing in the world that is not overrated is the Dallas Cowboys, everything else that ever existed is overrated and overhyped.

Get back to me when you actually watch the Bears defense instead of looking up points allowed on a stat site. It's not even close, the Bears defense is one of the best I've seen in a long time.

Stats are for losers. Watch the games. They can generate pressure without blitzing (we can't do that), have true playmakers in the LB corp (we dont got that), and have a decent secondary (ours is better, but its moot since we cant generate any pressure).

The only thing that we, as a defense, do as well (if not a little better) is stop the run.

Their defense is for real, stats withstanding.
