I have figured out the secret to being a MNF color commentator:

Make a ridiculuosly obvious comment (ie now that guy is a football player, now there's a guy who knows how to tackle in the national football league, now there's a guy who knows how to play quarterback at the NFL level), but do so emphatically and with gusto.

Or do a Tirico...

Wait for a timeout to be called, then immediately say, "Reid should call a timeout here...and there it is."

Make a ridiculuosly obvious comment (ie now that guy is a football player, now there's a guy who knows how to tackle in the national football league, now there's a guy who knows how to play quarterback at the NFL level), but do so emphatically and with gusto.

Make sure to say that every other play is "absolutely unbelievable."
