Kiss that possibility goodbye. Smart move on Chicago's part. With all the restructuring of contracts taking place, what FA's do you think Jerry and co will target? I don't see us making any big splashes, but maybe some cheap OL/DL help?

Yup. I would be a huge fan of this move because I love the OT prospects in this draft.

We should have a lot of cap space after we cut Free and a few other players, as well as restructure Romo's contract.

I doubt the bidding war would get that ridiculous for a guard. Certainly we will have to shell out cash, but I don't think it will be absurd.

Levitre will be overpriced and the Cowboys simply won't have the cap room. I see them going the Donald Thomas, Chad Rinehart route instead and/or draft a guard pretty high.

Totally disagree. OL are notorious for the time it takes them to develop. Look at Flo, Gurode, Kosier, Colombo etc.

Romo won't be around forever. We don't have time anymore to draft and develop OL. We had our chance to draft OL prospects and we *** up on that.

Not true at all.. Dallas just hasn't invested in quality lineman at top half of the draft. Flozell Adams didn't take long at all.
