I thought before the 21 Draft Fields was the best QB in that first round run on QB’s post Trevor Lawrence .

Lance hurt 2 yrs running Wilson loses his job to Mike White Mac Jones screaming for the Patriots to take the handcuffs off .

The Bears need an OLine revamp and some more targets for Fields . Getting rid of Quinn and Smith for draft picks smart .

Will be exciting to see Trevor Lawrence go up against Dallas . Quite a TD and 2 point conversion to beat Baltimore .

Fields is more like Jalen Hurts and Trey Lance. You have to have a run heavy game plan that includes the QB. Basically an RPO that forces the defense to sell out for the run. That's when they can pass. Those QBs are not very good in any other setting. That's what Philly is doing with Hurts. Not so much last year.

Once Chicago transitioned to that, they're scoring more points.

Yes I was impressed by the OC when they came to Dallas seemed to be on the same page as what Fields skill set will thrive in . He has to be part of the equation as a running threat . Eberflus and the new GM they hired from KC have a job cut out for them in the draft .

I don't know man... Hurtz nor the Eagles ran much today and he put up 400 yards of passing in 3 quarters. I've never seen a QB get that much better in one offseason.

He's got a much better situation around him than most QBs like him. In the game they lost to Washington, I think they only ran the ball 3 times in the first half.

Gainwell & Sanders = what Pollard and Zeke bring to the table . That OLine and run game will chew you up in Philly which opens the passing game up . Same is true in Dallas .

Fields needs Montgomery and a complimentary back and a remodeled OLine to open up his passing .

If he can stay healthy and the Bears build around him, he could be very dangerous

They had the ball for like 2 minutes the entire game :) He does have a nice supporting team but he's really been tremendous. Pains me to say this but he may very well win MVP this year. Especially if the Chiefs lose again.

I can't argue with you. You're right. But it really reminds me a lot of Lamar Jackson in 2019. He was MVP and had a great passing season. The one team that stopped their run without having to sell out knocked them off.

Lamar is a better passer now than he was in 2019. But his 2019 stats say otherwise. It's a lot easier to throw when a D is selling out on the run. For example, AJ. Brown should never be in single coverage m2m down the sideline.

I get it! I don't think he's that perennial MVP type of QB like Brady or Rodgers but more like a Cam Mewton or Lamar type of MVP
