Yea, Peyton diddnt have them prepared, he should have hit the right shoulder button on his controller to make his players actually protect the football.

Good.

Now we don't have to hear about the cinderella story a million more times leading up to the Superbowl.

Now it's whether Grossman or Griese should start or when will Lovie (where's Mr Howell, by the way?) pull Grossman and will Grossman be pulled if Griese looks good during practice...And so on and so on...

What's it going to be then, eh?

I cannot recall any Super Bowl QB being any worse than Rex Grossman.

Drew Brees played poorly today...that's the difference in the game, imo.

He was terrible early on, but then after Bush's TD and the lead within a fg, he throws that ridiculous pass from his own endzone...all he had to do was take a couple of steps to his right and the pass is fine...he went brain dead.

Great QB, had a great year, but he was subpar today.

As for the complaints about Deuce not running enough, they spotted the Bears 16 points before they could get started...sort of hard to run in that situation with a minute + left in the half. Turnovers via fumbles hurt, and the Bears were giving them the passing lanes and taking away the run early on.

I think NE beats INdy....as usual. Brady and Bellichek are better than Manning and Dungy in the playoffs.

I think Chicago will play well in the SB....defense doesn't slump or choke under pressure as much as an offense.

I think NE has a better chance than INDY versus the Bears.

Sidenote as a USC fan: Bush is for real and continues to embarrass the entire Houston organization...imagine what he and Colston will be in the next couple of years.

nope, it was scheme

Ridiculous comment...he had open receivers all day long and kept missing them, and the scheme had nothing to do with the safety that turned the momentum.

Brees was at his worst today....FACT.

Hello!!! NFC team??? Whats there to correct? AFC teams there are plenty of candidates, considering how Broncos got their rears handed to them twice in SB I believe. Not to mention heck, Bills being handed their rears by Cowboys too.

Sorry...I should have been more clear...it was actually a shot at the 49'ers and their winning the Super Bowl in the 90's.

Trent Dilfer was pretty much Garbage.

Trent Dilfer was average not Garbage for Ravens. You can't even compare the two. Grossman is either Gross or great, even in the same game like today. There is nothign consistent about Grossman.
