I remember this board when Beasley left... Bunch hot heads downing him saying he wouldn't have made the team anyway. Ppl saying he sucked and he was too small. Maybe 1 in 4 or 5 saw him as the Wes welker type.

I didn't really have an opinion either way, I usually don't with the bottom 1/4 of the roster.

He was a UDFA who quit. Nobody was a hot head for predicting he was done -- 99% of those scenarios end badly.

Garrett handled that situation really well. Many coaches would have just cut him.

I'd hate to play for a coach who didn't account for someone having a bad day in life.
