Complex has a list of the top 25 "beast mode" runs of all time. Barber is at 25 on the list with this. Not linking to the site directly due to their normal content that would probably violate any number of rules here, I really don't know.

The 25 Greatest NFL Beast Mode Runs of All Time
By Brian Josephs | Jan 8, 2014 | 1:26 pm | Permalink

25. The Longest Two Yards Ever

Date: 10/14/2007
Game: Patriots @ Cowboys
Run by: Marion Barber

Beast Mode constitutes of more than simply stuntin' on an opponent. The essence of being a true beast is having that instinctual will to survive, and Barber survived the (expletive deleted) out of this predicament. How high would this have ranked as one of the greatest runs of all time if he actually went all the way?

Nice that he got two yards but stupidity there could easily have made it a safety.

Oh, hey. Dorsett is #7 on this list :)

7. Tony Dorsett Doesn't Have Time for Fools

Date: 1/3/1982
Game: Cowboys @ Vikings
Run by: Tony Dorsett

It wasn't like Dorsett had straight green in front of him to make the longest rushing play in NFL history (99 yards). With a burst of speed here, a tackle break there, and a stiff arm there, Dorsett says, "Get your petty, Super Bowl Championship-less ***** out of my way. Let me be great!"

I was at that game and that play happened about 30 yards in front of me.

Our defense just couldn't get a stop that day. Anytime Brady wanted 3 or 4 yards he got it.

Randy Moss was something else to see in person too. Just an incredible athlete.

Lynch had a couple of entries, and yes, this was #1 I believe
Mayock's "Get off me!" still cracks me up.

"I don't want to talk about it," Porter told ESPN. "It was a great run."

"I think, in a way, it resurrected Marshawn Lynch's career. Ever since that run, he's been a lot more talked about," said former Saints linebacker Scott Shanle, whose inability to bring Lynch down at the line of scrimmage was the key moment of that run. "It was a heckuva run. But it was a lot more bad tackling on our part. And I think more than anything, that run just kind of put in one play the day that we kind of had."

"It was a really cool play I'll remember the rest of my life," said former Seahawks left guard Tyler Polumbus, now with the Washington Commanders. "That city erupted and literally caused an earthquake. It was an amazing experience."

"I cannot let that play die down," said former Saints safety Darren Sharper, who is now an analyst for the NFL Network and still gets teased about the play. "It just keeps coming back -- Beast Mode -- like a thorn in my side. Like a bad rash that keeps coming back."

Could have been had from Buffalo in 2010 for a fourth and change. But we spent a first two years before on Felix.

The Seahawks got lucky on Lynch - they not only traded two picks for him but also then gave him a big contract.

He's a good back but a big part of that is the really good OL in front of him. He didn't look so hot running behind the Bills' line

Also, on this play, there were only 10 guys on offense!
