Except that he (like you) was screaming Doom and Gloom because Lacewell was gonna "ruin" our draft .....

It's frustrating, I think Jerry would do something like that, just stand pat with JJ and MB III, when he has opportunity to get a outta this world talent like that (McFadden). I think he should've taken Quinn, I think Quinn will be great, what's the hurt in taking Quinn as an insurance policy if Romo doesn't pan out? I know we get an extra 1st round pick, but like I said I think Jerry will draft some non-impact player with it.

Most on this board would much rather have Spencer and Cleveland's first round pick next year. If Romo doesn't work out, Jerry could still draft a QB with Cleveland's pick next year. Either way:

Bottom line is that it seems that Jerry has learned from the mistakes he made in the past ..... he will always be a gambler but I think Bill Parcells taught him to stay away from "pet cats" ....

I also think he trust Ireland to scout these players and listens to him foremost on who can play and who cannot .....

Then he turns to the coaching staff and finds out what positions they feel they need.

I hope you realize that your blind hatred of GM jerry is becoming unfounded ..... then maybe you will give up on this sad agenda.
