Being positive vs negative all the time

I’VE STATED THIS OVER A HUNDRED TIMES HERE ALREADY. It should be no surprise to anyone other than the haters who just chose to ignore what I mean and come up with their on definition of what I mean. Some really nasty people here. Just read their posts attacking me. It’s telling.
Well Rocky I certainly don't mean to attack you I will poke fun and kid around.

When all is said and done I appreciate your ability to try and stay positive especially through some of the stuff this team has been through.
And if that works for you and keeps you in a happy place that's what you need to do.

It doesn't work for everybody and some people really just need a place to vent and this is it for them they vent on the forum here.
So in all seriousness if there are a handful of people that really get on your last nerve I would put them on ignore at least try it and see if the forum is a better experience for you afterward.

Also cat ownership is more even between men and women than you would think and Men owning cats is on the rise
Lol
Come on Rocky the season hasn't even started yet lighten up buddy.
This defense could really rock and give us all something to cheer about.

^ That is extremely helpful advice, but I must stress how incredibly difficult it can be for any member--ANY member--to put another member on ignore. This is a very serious matter and here's why:

1. A member must see the avatar beside the post belonging to the member they choose to ignore.
2. They must click on that particular member's avatar.
3. They must click on the Ignore button that appears below that member's avatar.

The whole process will take about four seconds, tops. So, any member must first prepare themselves for the grueling and, honestly, quite lengthy process of removing another member's comments from their daily visits to CowboysZone.

I can only hope and pray this helps any member, no matter what their opinions of others' opinions may be, in even the smallest of ways, despite the inherent life-threatening dangers while taking these arduous steps. Onward, brave souls, and GO COWBOYS!

Nice analogy brother, but I have to tell you I'm sick of leading rides. Always looking in the rear view mirror to make sure everyone made the turn, made it through a light or intersection...Blah now I just want to be near the back of the pack and mostly worry free. Enjoy the scenery.
I hear ya. I don't even like riding in groups. Two or three like minded buddies is plenty enough.

My problem in groups is I'm all about the corners. No problem taking it easy on the straights but having to coast through the corners or God forbid brake in a corner hurts my soul.

I’m not trying to change you. I’m just pointing out the facts. You think it’s ok to come here every day, in every thread and piss on whatever player or coach or trade or draft, whatever. You *****. The facts are, someone like you is a miserable person otherwise, they wouldn’t be doing it. It’s just your character. So attack me all you want little man. It justifies my OP.
You sound like you could really benefit from finding a girl with far away eyes.

Good night Rocky.

Dealing with late stage multiple myeloma cancer of my blood and bone marrow, including over a year now of weekly chemotherapy treatments (plus all the major side effects it has done to my body) is what truly gets me upset nowadays. Don't have the strength or time to worry about anything else, including our Cowboys. I just hope they keep making better decisions like they have this offseason+ by rebuilding the Defense. Hope they gel enough to help the Offense win enough games to make the playoffs. If they do? Great! If not, keep rebuilding for next year. Best of luck to our Cowboys and best of health to everyone. Life is too short to be upset 24/7 or so negative.

Bruh. So sorry to read this, I'll NEVER pretend to know what battle anyone else is fighting. I am OK with toxic positivity in your case. Hang in there! Family first, enjoy every minute with them. You won't regret it and neither will they.

In other words, you need to create a fantasy land for your fragile mind and then put on others what acknowledging reality would do to you and not them.
Just the truth. And you, as well as all the others attacking me, know it. That’s why you attack me.

Thanks, and I appreciate it. You’ll have to give me some grace because I get attacked so much that when people just try and kid around, it’s hard for me to determine if it’s just kidding or more attacks.

Oh, you poor big bad Marine. Stolen Valor, in his little fox hole in the cat litter box. Get your sympathy somewhere else.

Thank you so much brothers! Truly means a lot. Y'all's words of encouragement and caring are most appreciated. It helps hearing from y'all. Thank you and God Bless!

Let's hope our Cowboys make some noise this year. Looking forward to this season. Can't wait. GO COWBOYS!

for some odd reason this thread reminded me of how many Cowboys fans back in 1992 couldn’t get themselves to believe what they were seeing, kept waiting for the wheels to fall off…no way we could beat the Eagles or 49ers until we did. And the first quarter of SB27 looked like the Bills were finally going to break their SB losing streak. Yes there were plenty of Cowboys fans back then who spent the whole season living in misery. Hard to believe now
