Ben DiNucci Highlight comment

Give me a Nooch vs an over-coached Jake Fromm anyday.

The kid isn't afraid to throw the football and can read a defense pre-snap. That's 3/4 of it.

The remaining 1/4 is: can he make the tough throws with the arm strength he has.

Romo could, but let's be honest his sideline outs were shaky. He managed this using more back-shoulder passes late in his career vs true out patterns. I see Nooch having similar issues.
Fromm as a freshman looked like a future star
Today to be he looks no better if not worse than he did day one

Is he worthy or not because your BS is all over the place.

He's not worthy but, we need him to play for two years. Takes time for a new Romo to gel. Dak is no Romo and never will be. You can take your BS comment and
stick it up your rear...

So angry for a little guy.
You can't have it both ways. If Prescott isn't good enough, why would you suggest you need him? Makes no sense. Trolling hard.

The guy from JMU that people should be maybe excited about is Ron'Dell Carter. Like I said, was at several JMU games the last couple years and that was the guy that always stood out to me. DiNucci is definitely worth a flyer but Carter could end up being the surprise.

Romo was better than all the losers we put out there. Bledslow and Testicle were horrendous.

Parcells waited way too long. Maybe one year was all Romo needed on the bench. Its a shame because it shortened his career and shortened Parcells.

Actually Romo has indicated that it took him a few years to learn how to be able to throw at that level. He said no way was he ready in the first couple of years.

I would like to see that one.

I think most QB's aren't quite ready, but most would learn quicker by playing than riding the bench. Going with Testicle and Bledslow was a waste of time so going to a raw kid would have probably just sped up his development.

It's true, Romo said in an interview that even after he started it took him awhile to throw at that level.

even after he started

Yah, it take most QB's a while. Riding the bench doesn't speed up that process.

I think it was in the Parcell's interview, when Bill quipped after watching Romo scrimmage
"You're like a golf ball in the weeds...you're totally lost"
I remember Tony saying something along the lines of "putting me in to play, at the point, would have been a complete disaster"

romo rotted on the bench for 4 years. I seriously doubt he was saying that he needed to wait that long to get action.

It’s hard to learn to read defenses and be comfortable making quick decisions
Throwing is easy
The mental part is what takes time
I don’t know if this kid can develop or not but at this point his odds are better than little reds
