Bend butt don't break defenses are bs. Has a top 2 nfl defense ever had that style? NO.
Those defenses are only acceptable when you have Payton manning type of offenses that force opponents to play from behind every week.

It's ok occasionally, if you have a Plan B. But we dont, so....

It "worked" when we had Romo and Murray. We could control the clock and not let the putrid D on the field. That's the only way it works, let them play as little as possible.
