Burrow IMO is probably the closest QB skill wise to Mahomes. Unfortunately, it's going to go to waste in Cincy and he's going to end up being Luck 2.0 if this continues

That’s why I don’t go for it. They stink and are flawed. Poor offensive line. It’s one of those things that you are a genius if it works and you are an idiot if it doesn’t. It just felt like they wouldn’t get it. They had a good look before the timeout.

Not sure what you mean by QB skill. He’s not nearly as mobile as Manomes is. He’s a great pocket passer. Lamar is the one that’s scary.

The qb probably did that on his own. Why would you play for overtime when you can't stop the other team?

That’s just shades of a piss poor team. We’ve seen it in Dallas. I’m not close enough to understand whats going on they didn’t have Higgins but Chase more then made up for it. Seems like their defense took some hits.

When there's over 30 seconds left and the opponent has multiple timeouts you have to kick the extra point. If you make the 2 point conversion, the opposition now has 4 downs to play with and only needs to make about 20 yards to kick the field goal. Whereas if the scores are tied they only have 3 downs to play with because they can't risk turning it over on downs in their own half to give you a shot at a game winning field goal.

You should only ever consider going for it when there is either enough time for you to get it back after making a stop or the opponent has basically no time to go and kick a field goal (and even in those situations it's a toss up which way to go). It's honestly a horrendous decision to go for it there. I'd actually fire my head coach for making a decision like that
