we certainly do NOT have a homefield advantage, so that 4 pts is valid imo

why?

our record is not great at home
Dalton > Cousins, Eli, Gabbert, Hoyer
Bengals D > Giants, Commanders, Bears, 49ers
Jeremy Hill is a talented RB, but so is Jennings and Hyde so that's more a push
AJ Green presents the biggest challenge imo, but I like the way Claiborne is playing so it should be a good matchup

it's not like 1 pt (or 4 pts) is a huge spread, it's basically a pick em game

Yeah yeah, but the NFL is a what did you do for me lately league and lately the Bengals beat two craappy teams and lost to two decent teams and they are on the road against a team that is 3-1.

So I deduct from that Vegas doesn't think Dallas is a decent team and that surprises me.

well they're probably just using the same logic (Dallas hasn't beaten a good team yet), which is why it's basically a toss up. It's really based on public betting anyways and of course the line can move based on early betting.

I'm not. Our defense is still very suspect. Green is a top 3 WR. They have a solid run game. Good defense.

I'm actually surprised they are not favored by more.

I've kinda followed the Bengals( once at that SPORT'S bar where I met Jim bodine/SPORT'S royalty commentator! when they got their sails/rigging shot out clean off their top decks by the Pittsburgh steelers(Sheese, they got plumb hosed on two referee calls that I saw,) so I kinda started rooting for them in the bar against a total **** load of steelers fans,,,,ha,, bearded fat bellied fags wearing black /yellow steelers Jersey's talking smack when my back was turned!,, Squealing little girls when 'MET' at the restroom hall way.

Also, I've been frequently hitting a local bar that the owner is a Huge Bengals fan,,,, WE'RE GONNA KICK THOSE STRIPED ***** CATS A** BY 14 POINTS!!!,, ck- it.

I was afraid the Boys would be favored after last weekend.

Now we won't be over confident and we will not have to answer a million questions about what a hot team we are.

If we can beat Cincy and I think we get a huge break playing GA in Fall weather and not mid-winter.and beat them..

the media will go crazy and Romo will sit for another month before he is allowed to play again.

Maybe he comes back in December and he gets to prove he can win in December again..

something he has only done twice in his career.

I think our perceived Oline health willl dictate largely how the betting line moves in the next few days. I'm guessing it will balloon to 3 or 4.
