I saw on Rotoworld that the Bengals released Faine today. Normally I don't post these 'hey we should sign this guy' threads but in this case it would provide some back up and maybe give us some insight into their line calls. I'd be for it anyway. Doubt it will happen but one never knows.

Does everyone on this board point other teams trash that they just heaved into the dumpster as someone we just have to have. If he was any good, the Bengals would not have released him. We are doing the right thing by going after people that other teams have stashed on their practice squads. Any vets released now are over paid and can't play any longer.

Geez,

Wheel him on in. Anybody remember where we keep the defibrillator?

He maybe better off laying there, at least a few will trip over him.

Great idea. We can stack him next to Doug Free and Derrick Dockery.

I remember wanting us to draft him. I wouldn't bring him in.

I gotta ask. What is with the sig? Did you lose another bet?

At this point, no one out there is better than someone we have starting.

FWIW, anybody remember when Rob yan was at the senior bowl and said all we're looking at is DBs?

Well hopefully all we look at are O-linemen.

Yes sir. I always pay up, but I had forgotten about this one. It was pointed out to me Sunday so I got 4 more days with this.

While it is unlikely is is more than marginal, that doesn't mean he's not good enough to backup here considering our situation. However he wouldn't know our blocking.

So many directions to go with that:D

To be fair I did not post this about Faine because I thought he had anything left or was the missing piece to our woes. Appreciate the replies tho. (I'm surprised I didn't get the classic snarky " Championship" comment.) My point was really about getting insight into their line calls and the like heading into the upcoming game. I probably should have worded it better...my bad. Anyway go Cowboys Sunday! Would be a good birthday present.

It's in Jerry's both, right behind his chair.

;-)

Multiple teams have released him now. He's done.
