Aaron looked good, but he was playing against a Bengals defense. I think average to slightly above average. He doesn't have a ton of mobility, but given time he seems pretty accurate.

I dont understand how you can have blowhards just talking and bantering to the point of nausea... why cant we get some real knowledgeable former football guys calling the games?

5) AJ Hawk got a ton of man love when he came out, but he looks like nothing more than an average starter...ok player, but nothing special...they used the 5th overall pick on a guy who is no better than Dexter Coakley was...and he was a 3rd rd pick..its another example of why I think drafting a 4-3 OLB with a 1st rd pick (especially an early 1st) is a wasted pick

I cant wait till Cinci comes to town...its been my dream of the past 10 yrs for the Cowboys offense to get a real game vs a Mike Zimmer defense, and I cant wait...we'll hang 40+ on them

we were about the only team that yr that made Vick look like a QB too

It pretty much is a typical Zimmer defense. A defense with very little talent. He seems to find himself in those situations quite a bit. That defense has sucked for several years with defensive minded Marvin Lewis as head coach. Does anyone truly expect Zimmer to turn that around in one season?

Jaworski is pretty knowledgeable, but the only area it's in is QB

fortunately for him the QB gets the lion's share of the press clippings, so he's safe

what stat I read about the Packers is their WRs had over 1,200 after the catch yards, FYI

Yeah, they are...The Packers don't have a cheering squad, so every week they bring in a highschool or college squad from somewhere in-state
