Randle El: 1159 yards 4 TDs 22 gmaes
Cooley: 1088 yards 13 TDs 25 games
TOTALS: 5866 yards 42 TDs 105 games

The Commanders and the Cowboys clearly have the best groups. The Giants come in third by a significant margin.

By looking at the averages, it is clear that the Cowboys have the better group. They have the highest averages.

I'll tell you what. Moss is just a little better than Terry Glenn, statistically Glenns numbers could of been better in not for the O'line meltdown. Now that we Have Terrel Owens there is no doubt in my mind he's better than all those guys, and since TG moves down in comparison against Loyd and rendell El then this choice is even easier.

T.O >>>>>>>> Moss
Glenn >>>>Loyd/R. EL

Witten = Cooley

we have the best two receiver te set in the league IMO...and the best group of budding young stars in the league also...or more of them on one team...our whole team pretty much is young and up and coming except for like 10 guys...

Randle El has played all 16 games every season of his career. Make it 32 games in the past two years.

what you have to understand is glenn will get 1200 or 1300 yards with TO on board...TO will get at least 1300 and witten will get to 800 no problem...its going to be open season come this september...if TO can just play teams are finished because once LA renegotiates we have our line and with backups that can play!

No disrespect to Cooley, but he isn't on Witten's level.

yeah, I realized after going through most of them that I may have looked at games started for some of them instead of actual games played. I went back and checked a few of them, but not all of them. So the numbers may actually be worse for some of them.

That's already 3,200 - 3,500 yards for Bledsoe...

I disagree.

I think we're #3.

You can't overlook Boldin and Fitz in AZ. They are beasts.

You also have to give the nod to Wayne and Harrison because they have been doing it for years.

With the real numbers, it is clear that the Cowboys have the much better group. The Commanders numbers went significantly down. In fact, the Giants' numbers are as good.

The Eagles are still way back there. They really need to upgrade their receiver position.

I saw this topic at extremeskins and kinda wanted to get you guys feelings on it......Who has the best 2WR, TE set in the NFC East? this is the way that i posted at extremeskins...

I know everyones going to say i only voted this way cuz im a cowboys fan, But i truly think that the cowboys set is better.......

lets just assume TO is = to S. Moss (with all of the off-the-field issues)
and we will also assume T Glenn is = to B. Loyd ( although i think Glenn holds a slight edge)

Witten is > Cooley.......i dont think there is any question about that...is there really?

The Commanders are a close second....but i think the cowboys hold a slight advantage

1)Cowboys
2)Commanders
3)Giants
4)Eagles

Now if you make it a WR,WR,WR, TE set......Commanders get the nod in my book

1)Commanders
2)Cowboys
3)Giants
4)Eagles

I think you can justifiably say that Terry Glenn is better than Brandon Lloyd and not just slightly, either.

I'd rank them
1)Cowboys-Owens will open up the offense, Glenn is no slouch, Witten is Pro Bowl Caliber
2)Giants-Toomer, Burress and Shockey are the close second if anyone and I think that our guys win each matchup
3)Commanders-Moss put up huge numbers last year but I need to see if he repeats that performance, Lloyd is on the cusp of being a good receiver but not yet, Cooley is simply solid.
4)Eagles-L.J. Smith is a good TE but their WRs are nothing worth mentioning

i dont think any1 is pointing out the 4 games that crayton missed due to injury plus didnt he have a few games inactive due to price starting or did price only fill in during injury? either way coutn eagles out:
WR#1: TO > Moss > Burress
WR#2: Glenn > Toomer > Randle El
WR#3: Crayton >= Lloyd > Carter
TE: Witten >= Shockey > Cooley (FB as well)

and if you add the price of each player the skins drop to LAST in all categories xcept WR#1.
