I agree with this...let the board come to you. When we start chasing particular guys is where we seem to falter a little but.

We don't seem to have a great feel for value and where players are ready to go off the board. I mean this is a front office that had a hotly contested debate about whether Kyle Wilber or Matt Johnson had the best chance of lasting to their second 4th round pick.
