I think you can take Jernigan, Hageman, or Ealy and feel pretty damn good about yourself. I think Ealy and Hageman got a bit of a raw deal in not being first round picks. Jernigan should be up there too, talent wise, but the diluted sample thing justifies him still being on the board.

I don't care who we draft tomorrow as long as they are starters from day 1, offense or defense(preferably defense though). I don't want to see players drafted on potential that needs a couple of seasons to get into the starting role, injury-prone guys or depth at a position. I want two starters on day 2.
