If this team wants to advance to the Super Bowl, odds are they will have to beat TB, and GB on the road. It is a tall order.
During the 70s the Raiders and Cowboys never played yet almost played almost every year in the super bowl. You're forgetting the rest of it.
Steelers beat Chiefs.
Raiders beat Bills.
Bengals beat Patriots (can't root for the Patriots).
Steelers beat Titans.
Raiders beat Bengals.
Raiders beat Steelers (can't root for the Steelers to make another SB).
Cowboys get the Raiders in the SB.
Mot ideal scenario:Most ideal scenario in terms of my personal opinion as to the Cowboys easiest path to the Super Bowl:
#3 Cowboys beat the #6 49ERs (at home)
^ I can’t believe this happened, this is a dream come true.
#7 Eagles beat the #2 Buccs
#4 Rams beat the #5 Cardinals
GB gets a bye
---- rd 2 —-
#7 Eagles beat the #1 Packers
#3 Cowboys beat the #4 Rams (at home)
— rd 3 —-
#3 Cowboys beat #7 eagles (at home)
I’d love to stomp the crap out of the Eagles in the NFC Championship and this would give us home field throughout the playoffs! In addition, there’s a probability that the SB will be moved to AT&T stadium!
So its always the highest seed playing the lowest seed in each round?

I honestly wouldn’t be so sure. The Bucs only beat them by 4 points when they played this season. And that was when they were fully healthy. With a banged up wr and rb corps this time, Philly may be able to pull it off
Its a long shot. I wouldnt bet on it.
A lot of people thought that way in 2017 before freaking Nick Foles bested Brady and Bellicheat in the Super Bowl. The Eagles have even less of a chance of beating Tampa and GB on the road as we do

This is Brady in the playoffs. Very different.Longshot, sure. But definitely not impossible. Took the Bucs a game winning desperation drive to beat the Jets just 2 weeks ago.
