If this team wants to advance to the Super Bowl, odds are they will have to beat TB, and GB on the road. It is a tall order.

You're forgetting the rest of it.
Steelers beat Chiefs.
Raiders beat Bills.
Bengals beat Patriots (can't root for the Patriots).
Steelers beat Titans.
Raiders beat Bengals.
Raiders beat Steelers (can't root for the Steelers to make another SB).
Cowboys get the Raiders in the SB.
During the 70s the Raiders and Cowboys never played yet almost played almost every year in the super bowl.

You think we’re beating an Eagles team that beat TB in TB and GB in GB?

I’m not rooting for the Eagles anyway
I want TB to stomp them

Most ideal scenario in terms of my personal opinion as to the Cowboys easiest path to the Super Bowl:

#3 Cowboys beat the #6 49ERs (at home)
^ I can’t believe this happened, this is a dream come true.

#7 Eagles beat the #2 Buccs

#4 Rams beat the #5 Cardinals

GB gets a bye

---- rd 2 —-

#7 Eagles beat the #1 Packers

#3 Cowboys beat the #4 Rams (at home)

— rd 3 —-

#3 Cowboys beat #7 eagles (at home)

I’d love to stomp the crap out of the Eagles in the NFC Championship and this would give us home field throughout the playoffs! In addition, there’s a probability that the SB will be moved to AT&T stadium!
Mot ideal scenario:
Dallas Cowboys win four playoff games - no matter who the opponent is or what stadium the matchup occurs.

LOL..........there is NO way the Eagles are beating the Bucs.

I honestly wouldn’t be so sure. The Bucs only beat them by 4 points when they played this season. And that was when they were fully healthy. With a banged up wr and rb corps this time, Philly may be able to pull it off

Much like that big third-down run against the Seahawks in 2018, we may need to see some Prescott magic again this go around. Fresh off a new contract, and a year where he passed Tony Romo on the single-season touchdown charts, these are the games and the moments where legacies are made. Dak is the man for the job, he is tough, a leader, and a heck of a football player to boot. The time is now. Everything he has worked for is here now, and he is going to need to lead this team to the goal line. The greats find a way, and if Dak wants to be talked about in that tone, he will need to find a way starting Sunday afternoon.

No speculation, one game at a time. As we are in the “tourament” stage, it is “win” or go home situation.

My best path would be

#4 Dallas beating #5 Cards.
#7 Saints beating #2 Bucs
#6 Egirls beating #3 Rams
#7 Saints beating #1 Packers
#4 Dallas beating # 6 Egirls
Dallas beating Saints

Dallas could have faced AZ, Phil and NO to reach Super Bowl. All at home.

I don't know about the best scenario but the ideal would be to beat:

WC game - 9ers - no explanation needed
Divisional Round - Rams -We owe them from our last playoff appearance
Champ Game - Packers - Again, no explanation needed
Superbowl - Steelers - We still owe them at least one more SB beating.

I could be talked into the Bucs in the divisional round as well.
