Watch out for a guy named Dejuan Tribble. He is a heck of a corner who may get overlooked because he is a little on the short side at about 5'9". Don't let his size fool you though he is a very physical corner who reminds me alot of Antoine Winfield.

A pretty good mid-round prospect, who would be a good 3rd corner, is Simeon Castille from Alabama. He is tall enough, (slightly built), and he is very athletic and makes a lot of plays on the ball. Comes from good blood lines, his dad is Jeremiah Castille, the former long-time Denver Bronco who forced the Ernest Byner fumble in the last minute of that AFC Championship game several years ago, (another one of Marty's snake bitten games.)

Knowing Ozzie Newsome's pre-disposition for Bama players he probably will end up a Raven.

I don't think there's a top flight, blue chip CB in this class that will go top five or top ten.

I'd put Malcolm Jenkins at the top of my CB draft board.
As a PSU season ticket holder, King has been VERY disappointing this season.

He would be best served coming back for another season if most of the Jrs. one would expect to come out do in fact declare.

There has also been talk of him potentially needing shoulder surgery after the season which may factor in to his decision.

I've noticed that OSU does a similar thing with Jenkins that the Cowboys do with TNew. In nickel situations they've put Jenkins at safety, I also believe that he's played the slot receiver in other sets as well.

Read he scored 14 points in 2 minutes last weekend (punt return for TD followed by an INT return for TD). Craziness.

He's as good as I've seen in quite a while... I would like to see us pick him up.

Look at he "stud CB's" in the league. Many don't come from big programs...

Talib has even played some O lately and even caught a TD pass, hasn't he?

Got to like him, but I just wonder if he has that really elite top speed that the best corners have. He might be better for a cover-2 team. (Someone correct me if I'm wrong.)

Talib has scored like 5 TDs this year. 4 on offense and an 100+ yard INT return.

Heres a pretty sweet play he had earlier in the year.

Who are you all looking at in college as the best CB at this point?

Let's get a consensus.

Darren McFadden.

I really wanted Cleveland to suck so we could trade down to the lower teens, get an extra 2nd, and then take a CB in the first and in the second. This way we get two of the top CB prospects.

I would love two of the four between

Malcolm Jenkins (just another great tOSU CB)
Reggie Smith (he has a nose for the ball, gets lots of turnovers, plus he can play FS)
Mike Jenkins (very solid in coverage, plays like a young Anthony Henry, very physical)
Dwight Lowery (he has a nose for the ball, gets lots of turnovers, also returns kicks)

Terrell Thomas of USC isn't too shabby either.

I wouldn't touch King from PSU. Jenkins from OSU is tough as nails in run support, just didn't hear or see much of him in pass coverage. I suppose thats prolly a good thing.

Dont laugh but Indiana has a good one. #9 I believe? I have seen him make some great plays in my Saturday college football channel surfing.

Ryan Palmer - UT

he is my favorite CB to watch this year. I doubt he will ever be drafted into the NFL. However, last year I hated this kid. He was always in the wrong place, always getting toasted.....against tOSU, KSU, OSU.....I just wanted Brown to kick him off the team.

Now we come to this season, and this kid is a totally different player. He has improved tremendously. He is making plays. He is getting interceptions, scoring TDs, breaking up passes, and actually tackling. Seeing how much he has improved is awesome. I enjoy watching his game get better every week.

So while he isn't the best CB in college to watch........he is my favorite.

I like King. This kid has the talent to be the next Primetime... Not only does he play CB but WR and lines up on special teams as well. I mean there may be some other corners in this draft that alot of people will say would be a better fit for our team but this kid has so much talent it is sick. The best thing about him is he will not be taken till early second round and we could pick him up at the end of the first round with our pick and still have a shot at a WR or HB with the Browns pick.
