Best coaching ever in a SB?

I was listening the other day to someone on Sirius blathering about how BB had managed to fix his D this year; then someone else pointed out how few quality offenses the Pats faced the second half of the season. This game was lost by the Pats D.

this is a family forum.. have some class.

Pedersen, as well as the entire Eagles staff, did a masterful job tonight, and the Eagles absolutely deserved to win.

That being said, it was not the best coaching job I’ve ever seen in the Super Bowl… At least not in my opinion. That distinction belongs to Dallas’ own Tom Landry in SB VI. That was a perfect game plan in all three phases, in which Dallas dominated from the opening kick off through the final whistle. People don’t remember that Landry coordinated both the offense and the defense for his Dallas teams for most of his career, in addition to making HC decisions, such as time management. Miami had no answers for anything Dallas did on either side of the ball, and it showed in the final score (24-3).

I can agree with the Dallas vs Miami, I wouldve been more impressed had we beaten the Steelers in one of those 2 Superbowls in the 70's, I feel like the Eagles just did.

10 years ago he was coaching high school. Now he beat Belicheat and Brady with a backup QB. Hard to make that kind of stuff up. Sounds like a movie idea.
He coached at a highschool down the street from me which makes it crazier

Offensively it was clearly one of the best game plans and play calls we’ve seen.

However from total team perspective it isn’t better than Belicheck beating the Rams for NEs first title or Coughlin beating NE when they were 18-0.

I've seen Superbowls all the way back to the mid 70's, I have to rank Pederson as one of the best coaching performances i have ever seen.

It was funny to see Belichick get punked by the Foles reception.

Not that Belichick isn't the GOAT, but it is nice to see the guy get challenged *as a coach* for once.

What Pederson has done in just two years is just unbelievable.

Backup QB. Missing Probowl Left Tackle. Unbelievable.

I tip my hat off to him.
We lose an RB and all the sudden, we score a handful of points in a three week span. Just goes to show you how much further ahead the Eagles are.
