Pedersen, as well as the entire Eagles staff, did a masterful job tonight, and the Eagles absolutely deserved to win.
That being said, it was not the best coaching job I’ve ever seen in the Super Bowl… At least not in my opinion. That distinction belongs to Dallas’ own Tom Landry in SB VI. That was a perfect game plan in all three phases, in which Dallas dominated from the opening kick off through the final whistle. People don’t remember that Landry coordinated both the offense and the defense for his Dallas teams for most of his career, in addition to making HC decisions, such as time management. Miami had no answers for anything Dallas did on either side of the ball, and it showed in the final score (24-3).
