Tom Landry and it's not even close. The guy has every ounce of respect that the entire state of Texas can muster.

Troy Aikman in my opinion was the best Dallas QB

Tom Landry coached 29 years for them. Won 2 sb's, coached in 5, won 270 games overall, 20 winning seasons, and is in the hall of fame. Not even Jimmy Johnson can match that kind of success due to the longevity of Landry's career.

Johnson

Switzer
Gailey
Campo
