Random question, I need new tires for my truck and I thought people here might have a suggestion.

I heard NTB has good "buy one get one free" deals but that they add on other services that even it out. I even heard Sam's or Walmart.

Just regular good quality tires for a Ford F150.

What size do you want without me looking it up?

I use Discount Tire and do not by the extra warranty you have too get two flat tires in a short time to break even.

You have to specify the entire size like 265x65x17.

275/65-17

I was watching that Rangers debacle, sorry again.

I personally like Sams Club. If it's a popular size, they'll often be the cheapest "out the door" price because their cost of installation and road hazard is very cheap. Plus they don't sell junky tires. And their service is very competent, at least at my store.

Discount can be cheaper on some less popular sizes, but again, watch their cost after installation.

Even Walmart has some decent tires. They do sell some junky tires, but they also have some pretty good ones that aren't in stock in the store. You may have to ask at the desk, because they have some lesser-known brands that they can get in a day or two that actually get pretty good reviews.

NTB has a sale this weekend for buy 2 get 2 and I got a price of about 200 per tire so for 400. I'll look some more.

I bought my last set at NTB I think I paid 800 for them, but that came with a 1 yr warranty for any problems I had (which I used) & I got 3 yrs free alignment & rotation. I recommend NTB, they do good work.

I like Tire Rack. They can be shipped to a local store if ya want and they are generally cheaper and have a much better selection.

This is what i use as well, and usually find some pretty good deals.

Tire Rack if you plan to install and maintain tires yourself

Sams club or Costco if not
