Best Educated Guess About Tomorrow's Business Meeting "Announcement?"

What's your guess as to what it's about?

I'm guessing it's something along the lines of adding Troy Aikman to the organization.

And maybe something about McClay moving up, Stephen moving up, and or Jerry taking a reduced role.

In any case, I don't think this particular announcement has anything to do with marketing or cryptocurrency, although that could be worth mentioning during the meeting.

I can't find any real reports about what may be discussed, so I guess that's part of the PR trick: now they have me tuned into the team during the offseason.

It's funny how things relate, is amazing how this front office offers too much "hype" for the announcement, just like this team when the season starts and its always a let down.

I’m almost certain it’s a strategic partnership/sponsorship deal. If we’re lucky it will be something interesting like the Draft being at the star but more likely it will be some sort of catering deal.

A lot of wishful thinking going on with the Jerry taking a reduced role. That's not going to happen.

My prediction is that the announcement has nothing to do with the actual team building or personnel stuff, but will be something that 100% makes Jerry more money.

Aikman has been far too critical of how Jerry runs the team to be added to the organization. Besides Troy has a job as a broadcaster for Monday Night Football. My best educated guess is whatever the announcement is it won’t be anything that will get fans excited.

It would take an ownership stake to get Aikman to move on from broadcasting. If that was the case, I dont think he would have signed a new contract

Jerry's not stepping away and he's not bringing in an outside family member like Aikman. It's a sponsorship deal to make him more money on top of the increase in rights fees and jacking up ticket prices.

Aikman has been in the media recently talking about how he would like to become an executive for an NFL team, saying something along the lines of that's what he initially wanted to do when he retired from football... but that he had daughters and so the job in broadcasting made more sense to him, to spend time with family.

I only assume they are somewhat grownup now. And with the photos scandal, and Jones' age, that might open up a spot somewhere for Aikman to fit in, like as director of personnel. While McClay or Stephen take over GM duties.

I can't call it. Just a hunch I could be off on.
