I'm coming in town for the FSU/OSU game in August. Value matters.

I stay at the admiral most of the time. Think it's very reasonable and offers shuttles. It's nothing fancy, but it's fine for me.

The last couple of trips, I've stayed at the Hiatt in Grapevine right by the mall. Much more to do around there than the stadium area.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn in Arlington, just on the north side of the Tom Landry freeway with a view of AT&T. It's a ten minute walk and the price is reasonable.

They have a shuttle to take you to area restaurants, shopping and the stadium if you don't want to walk.

I would also recommend the Hilton Garden Inn along the Tom Landry Frwy, about a mile form the stadium and they have shuttles to the game. Was a really nice hotel and reasonably priced, stayed there when I came down for the Cowboys-Broncos game

I don't know where to stay, but I can tell you where NOT to stay. That would be

Days Inn Six Flags
910 N. Collins/I-30
Arlington, TX

REPEAT: DO NOT STAY THERE!!

We went up to see the Cowboys play the Eagles in 2010. It was December, and a very cold weekend. We made reservations at the Days Inn right across Collins St. from the stadium. It couldn't be more convenient, we thought! We won't even have to worry about parking the car...we can just walk right over. So far so good. Except there was no way to regulate the temperature in the room...it was FREEZING. They said they would have it fixed, but all weekend long, nothing. We ended up buying a portable heater at the Walmart nearby.

Hyatt Place Arlington. Great rates, free breakfast, free WiFi, HDTV in room. A little bit of a drive but worth it.

There's a Marriott or Hilton right by the stadium and a Holiday Inn Express but the markup isn't worth it.

Many good hotels for a good price in the mid cities area. About 4 right up the road from me actually. 7 miles from the stadium. Convenient and 20 minutes in any direction to anything you want to do.

If you want more to do when not at the stadium or if you stay a few days, I would stay at The Worthington or The Omni in downtown Fort Worth and get a ride to the stadium.

Unlike the Embassy that's connected to Bass Pro Shop. Right across the street from a huge mall....

They have free booze on weekdays.

The La Quinta on HWY 360 isn't bad for the price.

That was the same game I went to when I stayed at teh Holiday Inn. Man that wind was cold that weekend.

My dad actually hated the Hilton Garden Inn. Stayed there to go to the Thanksgiving game. Said they had some questionable service. And the wait for the shuttle after the game was terrible. I think he said it was over an hour.
