Entirely possible that we may have the chance to pick the best pass rusher in the class with our 2nd rounder again
6'3 260 lb DE Eastern Kentucky
Spence was Urban Meyer's 1st major 5 star recruit to commit to Ohio State back in 2012. In 2013 as a sophomore he lead the team with 8 sacks and 14.5 TFL and was well on his way to being a 1st round pick . Late in the season he failed a drug test that got him suspended and another that would eventually lead to him being banned from the Big 10. Spence later admitted that he had been dealing with an ecstasy addiction since high school and agreed to treatment and rehab that he completed. Transferred to Eastern Kentucky and kept himself clean and dominated the small school competition with 11.5 sacks and 22 TFL as the defensive MVP.

some quotes from Spence from that cbs link ^
"I felt like I hadn't proven enough off the field and that I needed more time to show everybody that you could be a better person off the field and to show that that wasn't me -- and that I can go for the rest of my life and be a straight-forward great person, and that I can do that, starting with disciplining myself enough to go down a level and not be ignorant and try and go straight to the NFL," Spence told FoxSports.com.
This 1 about watching Ohio State win the national championship..."I will never in my life forget that feeling," Spence told FoxSports.com in October. "That feeling right there is always in my head whenever I do anything because I know I don't ever want to go back again, hit rock bottom -- and I know I won't be back there ever again because I will always have that feeling in my mind."
