"Brian's Song", and there's not even a close second IMHO.

"Bang The Drum Slowly" is also very good.

"Breaking Away", not a great movie per say but very entertaining.

I own this movie. I don't own movies unless they are great. Major League is a great movie. Maybe not a true sports movie, but still great none the less.

A League of Their Own
Remember The Titans
Field of Dreams

Any one of these could be rated as number one and I wouldn't have an issue with it. They were all outstanding movies.

Good call!

I've seen "The Pride of the Yankees" (more than once) and I agree, not just a great movie but a Classic. My oversight to have left it off my list. It belongs near the top of my all-time favorite Baseball Movies list.

Yet another "D'oh!" moment, trying to recall so many wonderful movies. ;)
