Me too. ATT is more spacious and modern but it feels more like a shopping mall than a football stayjum.

I had season tickets in section 313, row 1. That was around the 20 yard line. Fantastic seats. The video board was not a distraction at all.
Actually if one just sat there like many do. You could roll your eyes up to the video board, or down to the field without moving your neck.

I did not look at the video board except for between plays or pregame.
But I agree, as I never thought of it like that, it did seem more like a huge mall.
It did get very loud at times, more so then many claim. However, if all the fans that sat and just clapped would have also cheered, it would have been as loud as KC & Seattle and those venues are.

Now supposedly the stadium was designed to filter the noise down to the field. So it is much louder lower, and higher up it may not seem loud to the fans. I think that is where some of the noise is not a factor deal comes from.
Even when I walked into the stadium from the concession area, as I walked to my seats, I could sense the noise getting louder the lower I got.
But still too many fans don't make enough noise. Maybe half the fans in my area actually cheered and yelled and screamed as opposed to jus clapping.

I miss the days of dealing with scalpers lol, but I would never trust that anymore, and there's no need.

A site like stubhub charges crazy fees, but at least you have some recourse if there's any funny business going on. Anyone can email a paper ticket and void the barcode.

@Reid1boys can probably chime in on the whole situation and offer some helpful advice. He gets around. I used to get around lol.

Now they use electronic tickets as they do at airports.
I think they will still mail you the paper tickets as a souvenir type things. Probably still take them at the gate also.

When I would get my paper tickets, as opposed to electronic. I would list them on Stub Hub and Ticketmaster, for games I was out of town on.
So I submitted the electronic copies for those, unless they person wanted the paper tickets mailed.

One time, a person bought the Washington game on Ticketmaster, as that was what the team used at the time through DC.com.
I went to stub hub to remove them. It said it was removed. However it wasn't. And sold on there also a few days later. I e-mailed them, called them several times. But yet the payment from both places were in my account.

I contacted my Cowboys rep, and explained it to them. Told them I do not want my account suspended because of stub hubs screw up. Even forwarded them the e-mails. This was 2 weeks before the game.
So I don't know what happened as I never heard from the team nor stub hub, or ticketmaster. Don't know if they ate the cost, gave them other tickets, but they never asked for their money back either.

Headed for 3rd game there in Oct against the skins...

Have been there twice...once on field and 50 yard Line 300 level, 2nd time Miller lite club and 45 yard line 200 level.

This time, I'm buying, what's the best spot?

I want a section that actually cheers on 3rd down and doesn't look at me like I'm nuts when I'm screaming....thinking I need to be 30 yard line lowest level
I would imagine the best seats already belong to the guy that paid the most money to sit there... Jerry Jones.

If you have a choice of 4th level between the 20s or 1st/2nd/3rd in the endzone, take the 4th level.

Don't sit under the overhang of the next level (i.e. The front of the 4th level overhangs the back of the 3rd level, 3rd overhangs 2nd, etc.)
- They have speakers in the ceiling of the overhang that are turned up to Heavy Metal concert volumes.
- You can touch the speakers when you're standing (i.e. Too close).
- You can't hear fans cheering over the speakers.
- Obviously they have to turn them off pre-snap, but then they're back on until the offense is out of the huddle.

I know that purists will say "don't watch the big screen, but it is an experience beyond even the highest end home TVs".
- The fact that the players are literally larger than life on the big screen gives it a feel similar to IMAX cinema.
- That's only true if you're between the 20s and preferably close to the 50.
- The screens visible from the endzone seats don't provide that experience.

IMO…my couch at home, lol.

Honestly the sight lines are good throughout the stadium. Been there for 2 Cowboys games, 3 college games and several high school games. The only bad seat IMO would be in the East end zone facing the sun at a 3:00 PM kickoff because our genius GM like the “aura” of a sunlit stayjum.
:hammer:

it will be against the commanders in early oct….so who knows.

I just can’t get over how much the seats are listed for on the sites, 800 plus for single tickets inside the 20s, who the heck wants to go and pay that? It’s silly
I can't imagine why anybody would pay that kind of money for a football game unless it was the superbowl.

Jerry's lap, if you are looking for a fat child support check (if you're female - if you're male I guess maybe the "Reserved for Rich Dalrymple" seat).

You pretty much get a good view regardless of where you sit

Have to disagree. The 400 level is bad. for one, you are very high up. Second, your eyes naturally go to the huge screen and not to the actual field of play. Might as well watch at home at that point.

Best spot in AT&T? Easy answer, if you can get there. I'll be in my recliner in Ohio.

Amen to that, John!!!

Can't beat ever having the opportunity to sit in between Jerry and Stephen, their families and other high profile guests!
I would hit the hospitality buffet, then quaff a pint or so then flirt with Jerry's daughter. Possibly high-five an unidentified aide. It would be fun instead of fried spam sandwiches at home.

when I was in the Miller lite club back in 2017 I met one of his grand daughters who was hanging there with her friend….her friend was beautiful, she on the other hand had a subtle yet Erie resemblance to jerry..:

I've sat there and didn't have that issue

I prefer watching at home as well,...no real urge to go to a game in person to get fleeced from parking charges to ridiculous ticket prices and overpriced snacks and beer. And SRO tickets are not gonna cut it. Got all that at home and no problem going to the powder room. But I have heard as long as you don't sit on the east end zone on a 3pm kickoff . Jerry must have forgot the sun sets in the west. Burn your retinas right off.
