I have to say that was the best I think I have seen this team play in many years. All phases of the game this team came out and put 4 qrts of football. Yes you could point to a better offense performance or a better defense performance but as a team this is the best I have seen from them in years. I just hope they stay away from the press clippings and bring this same aggressiveness and fire that they displayed this past Sunday. They made this Cowboy fan very proud!

It's the most complete game they have played since the Buffalo game a couple of years ago.

Great game. Defense looked amazing all day.

Bradford never knew when the blitz was coming or when we were going to bail out into coverage.

I'm surprised he didn't turn the ball over.

Defense was flying to the ball all day long, I love how the guys get to the ball carrier and hit and rip at the ball. Offense was steady there was no ups and downs or long lulls of being ineffective.

Yes.. And Jason Hatcher has been great all season long. I really hope we don't lose that guy.

Here is a exciting what if..

What if Ratliff comes back and he plays at a high level? I don't want to get ahead of myself but thatwould be great.

Chargers game is important though. We should beat them but if we don't we could quickly be 2-3 with Denver coming to town in 2 weeks.

Agreed, .. overall I was impressed and pleased. (Like you said, hope we don't read the press clippings)

I actually was thinking this same thing just before Cruz went long in our game with the Giants. Up until then I was thinking we are looking pretty good all around, .. then Cruz goes long and then Romo gets hurt.

Let's put good days on top of good days, and good games on top of good games, .. It's a process you know.

I think it is a big game for the Cowboys but not because of Denver but because I think coming off a game like they had it is important for them to follow it up with another all around game. I'm not talking about blowing SD out but more about this team offense and defense ready to play with the same aggressiveness and fire for 4 qrts if you do that then you will win a lot more games than you lose.

Couple of my thoughts to pile on:

1) Never seen Romo this relaxed in a while. He almost looked mello again, which I think is good for his game. Just an opinion, but I don't think that he performs his best when he feels like he has to be the field commander changing calls at the line. Hopefully, this will increase his trust in Callahan and the offensive line he has to run the ball.

2) Murray looked like he was running with his head up and seeing the field again. We knew he had it in him, but he wasn't running the same way in previous games. He doesn't do it gracefully, but he gets the yardage we need. More of a workhorse than an elite runner, but he should be good enough to keep getting critical yardage and can hurt a defense if they don't come to tackle.

3) O-line - could they be coming together as a unit here? Granted, it is the Rams, but they still did a great job of run blocking and pass protection. We could have a solid unit here if we can stay healthy. Nice to see us with some younger guys as well. Waters was great pickup. Romo with time is dangerous.

4) D-line - everything has been said here. Ware was a monster, Hatcher the same. Carter looked good. Lee looking more comfortable out there. Selvie looked good. Secondary was playing well. Rams had a lot of dropped balls, but some were caused by solid hits. We were flying to the ball and constantly trying to strip balls, but focusing on making the tackle first while hammering at the ball. It was great to see. This defense looks like 180 degrees from what Ryan was trying to implement.

5) Coaching - I don't know about you, but seeing Kiffen up in the box and Marinelli on the sidelines makes me excited. You know these guys are getting some of the best coaching out there right now. Nicely called game by Callahan.

6) WRs - Overall a good performance by the WRs. Very balanced with our TEs Witten and Escobar getting solid production and looks while Austin and Dez had productive days as well.

Good day to be a Cowboys fan. Let's tie another win together in San Diego and show this wasn't a fluke.

I'll admit I was worried when Harris dropped the first Ram's punt. After that the list of things to complain about this morning is short. For a change. :)

So was I, I figured the defense would give up points, heck they were in FG range when they got the ball but when I saw this defense not just hold the Rams but driving them backwards it really caught my eye and I think Jason was right when he said that seemed to set the tone for the entire team.
Even Harris kind of redeemed himself with a TD reception, fact is in sports guys make mistakes but you have to shake off the mistakes and get your head back into the game not dwell on your mistake and Harris did that.

Very good performance by the team as an unit. I've not been this impressed with a victory since Parcells was the coach.

haha really? Not one?

I know you are probably thinking about the games the team played in 2007 with Wade. Or the Saints game in 2009. But this was a different feeling. Just my opinion.

Or the back to back thrashing's of Philly in 09 when we looked like the best team in the NFL.

Twas a very satisfying win. We need to enjoy these like a glass of vintage wine.

Not every day that you totally outclass, outplay, and outcoach the opponent.

Fisher was reduced to faking punts, going for multiple fourth downs etc. He had no answer for the sharknado
