Best time of the year?

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the games and the excitement of the season, but a case can be made that there's nothing better than the sense of positive anticipation NFL fans from around the league feel right now. I would say Cowboy fans, more than many teams fans feel that way because of the positive offseason we've had. The Super Bowl is still a possibility for every team when you're 0-0.

Bill Parcells seemed almost giddy in his press conference today- a kind of nervous anticipation like Christmas Eve. I still say the best mood I'm ever in on the golf course is on the 1st tee before the first pull hook brings reality into four letter focus. Even the guys that seem to enjoy ripping the coach or the QB or something have their hate bags checked at the door until at least Monday morning. It's pretty nice...anyway just an idle thought....carry on.

Dude, I couldnt agree more!!! I love this time of year because it kind of is like Christmas. We have an idea of what we will get, we know what we want, and see all the clues that points to us getting what we want, but we still dont know. I hope that makes sense, I just finished off a 12 pack of Bud Select, hehe, opening night and all. The Yeager is coming out for our opener, lol. I hope we get what we want!
