Lemon Pepper dry rubbed and then tossed in Buffalo Hot version.

Oh dang, now I want wings.

So on the Dallas Cowboys website they advertise an exclusive flavor from Wingstop like that - Spicy Lemon Pepper. I love Buffalo hot, I love lemon pepper, so I figured it was the perfect recipe. They say you can only get it in Dallas, and I’ve been wanting to try it ever since but haven’t had a chance to go to Texas lately. I was in Atlanta though picking up a quick order for takeout and decided to ask the person at the counter if they could make that flavor which they told me they could. And while I enjoyed it, I guess I was somewhat let down for a flavor that was supposed to be so spectacular they can only sell it to Dallas Cowboys Fans. LOL

And while I wouldn’t recommend you get it from a franchise place like that, my pick on best buffalo wing flavors would be in cities like Atlanta or the Deep South. Every corner is a fried chicken stand. They just know how to do it. Best buffalo wings I ever had were 20 years ago in a hotel in Atlanta.

They have it at Pluckers here in Austin. It's called Spicey Lemon Pepper as well but you have to ask for it to be hot, or it comes with medium
