Best first half season Cowboys players:
1 dak Prescott
2 lael Collins
3 amari cooper
4 robert Quinn
5 Byron jones

Worst first half season Cowboys players
1 cam fleming
2 chido awuzie
3 anthony brown
4 tavon Austin
5 Dlaw

- the last game vs Philly changed some of my thoughts in regards to Jaylon, LVE (both whom played very well vs Saints, but awful vs GB) so I was indecisive.
- I'm still back and forth with Fredrick, not near same player..yet
- and zeke almost made my best list with effort philly game, but something is still missing with this zeke vs old 2016 zeke. the lack of long breakaway runs still haunts me.
-. Dlaw finally made presence felt vs Philly but before then ?
- I know Byron will not ever give us INTs, but no team is beating and abusing him either.
- Xavier/heath came close to my worst list- but so much expected from the war daddy sack master. injury prone Austin finally made impact in Philly game but that's one lone game

Dlaw is not the only one but he's one of the most glaring due to his retirement after signing the over inflated contract.

after seeing his performance vs pro bowler OT Lane Johnson, (whom always gave Dlaw problems in past seasons) this is where I am really Dlaw is slowly but gradually coming back into
All pro form. Maybe it really was the long layoff that made it difficult for him in the first half of the season.
Plus I understand he was also fighting off other ailments and nagging injuries.

if we can get BOTH Dlaw and Quinn into a dominant flow from both ends, both sides, that is going to create quite an issue for opposing teams to have to try to contend with.
they can't assign double teams and chip blocks to both DE's and they can't do what they want to do on offense, having to worry about QB protection and disruption in the offense.

There are some good ones but Dak and Cooper have to be at the top of the list. La'el Collins and Quinn have to be on the list too. Then I guess Byron Jones.
As for the worst, this is hard because guys had had some really bad games but then came back with pretty good games. Most disappointing has to be Jaylon Smith. Also on the MD list is LVE, Tank, Chido and M. Collins.

He was a very late 2nd round pick all of 6 months ago.

The way he gets bashed it's clear that the expectations of him by some were far too high.

He gets treated like he was a top 10 impact player and that's simply not the case.
Just going with the question that was asked.

It’s Hill. Just focus on him when he’s out there.

It’s painful to watch.

Worst no order:
Flemming, Cobb, Chris Jones, Maliek, Jaylon, and Chido

Best:
La'el, Dak, Martin, Cooper, Byron, and Quinn

Vander Esch and Chido look like absolute trash. Highly disappointed because those were two of my favorite guys on the defense last season. And as bad as D-Law has looked since inking his mega deal, he's at least created SOME splash plays on defense.

Dak and Amari are looking really good together, but that never did surprise me. La'el Collins is having a tremendous season, and I'm eating crow since I've wanted him off this team for two years.

I think you have to put Frederick and Zeke on the bad list. Or at least the disappointment list.

Best:
1. Dak
2. Amari Cooper
3. Quinn
4. La'el Collins
5. Pollard

Worst:
The entire defense (minus Quinn and Jourdan Lewis)

Perfect list. I completely agree.

And, hilarious, no mention of 90 million anywhere. lol
