Best WR we could have possibly got

A point I just figured after doing some research is that Calvin Ridley the WR that a lot of episode were wanting is 23 yes old, turns 24 in December.
While Amari Cooper is 24, but he just turned 24 back in July. So they are basically the same age. But Amari Cooper is more athletic, and with a better skill set. Proven by where they were both drafted at.

So you can look at this trade, as us drafting a WR and not Wasting a pick.

Technically we got the best WR in the draft possible.

I’ve come around to like this trade after sitting back and thinking about it!

Amari Cooper is in my opinion the best WR that’s been drafted in the past 4yrs, and theirs not any WR’s coming out in this upcoming draft except The guy from ole miss with that much potential.

Yea but no one wants to hear logic, they just want to panic and freak out over a 1st round pick that would’ve been used on a WR anyway

I like the move...hopefully we work out a deal to keep him beyond this season and next.
We aren't drafting a QB...so why not go get this guy...and if Frederick comes back...this whole season might be a re-set.
Id rather have Cooper than see him become a deadskin.

We dont have a QB. doesnt matter who is at WR

At some point the resources in this Ol are getting ridiculous. Gotta be able to find a starter or two in FA like other good teams do. These high pick resources in OL are getting ridiculous.

Demaryius Thomas is all-around better than Amari. He has good hands, great body size, and can get separation even when he doesn’t have a step on the DB.

Thomas is also older than Amari by a couple yrs. Cooper has the potential to be an DemRyius or better if he maximizes his full skill set an potential!

This thread is spot on. There was not good wr options for this team in the draft. Yes there were some good wrs but none had the size and speed that Amari has. We desperately need speed on the outside to stretch out defenses. I actually can get behind this.
