Yeah I was gonna say you can argue Brown is as good or better than Lamb. To put him 4 th is nasty. Now I’d rather have the three others over him for personal reasons but he’s a dog and he a great receiver.
Yeah you can't really use stats as freely as we want to decide this.
What would AJ Brown do in Lamb's place in Dallas, with high volume of passes being thrown at him, vs the run 1st offense he's in (and often unhappy about).
What would Nabors do with a good QB?
I think we know what McLauren is. He's the least gifted of the 4, but probably has the best head on his shoulders of any of them.
Can't just say "ceedee gesture the most catches/yds so he's the best" Dallas can't run so Dak throws it to him a zillion times a game, and also ceedee gets tons of garbage yards from Dak, whereas the Eagles are handing the ball off every play in the 4th quarter trying to kill the clock.
AJ Brown would be the guy you LEAST want to tackle. Ceedee and Nabors would be the HARDEST to grab hold of to tackle. And McLauren is the guy you'd least worry about if you were his coach, knowing he'd be the guy QBs would probably mist like having as his go to WR
I don’t believe the part about playing with bad quarterbacks hurting receivers. A good receiver will produce with a bad QB. Nabers will produce with anyone. Now offenses are different. His stats would struggle in a run offense like Philly.
Agree on all counts.... but Nebors, sure, he WILL produce with any QB....but I can't help wonder what he'd be in WASH. In KC, he might just lead the league in every stat. Maybe. Produce is one thing....that's his floor....but I think a Top10 QB would reveal his ceiling
But back to the NFC East foursome" best in the NFL?
