Dallas has been struck a few times this year by players that had very little playing time before their games. A few examples of this are:

Atlanta - Devonta Freeman
Saints - C.J. Spiller
Giants - Orleans Darkwa

The Seahawks also have one of those players potentially returning from injury - WR Paul Richardson

Richardson played 15 games last year before getting hurt in the playoffs. He was becoming one of Wilson favorite target before he got injured. There is a solid chance that he is active this week for the first time all year and you can bet that they will have special packages for him if he does play. He did not play against Dallas last year, so they are not personally familiar with him. Dallas needs to be aware of his speed when he is on the field and know that they are going to try to get him the ball when he is in the game to get him back in action. Hopefully they can limit him so that he does not need to get added to the list of surprise players that somewhat unexpectedly have significant impact in the game. Expect him to line up across from Claiborne when he is in the game.

Great call out. The Seahawks also picked up Bryce Brown since Rawls has a bad leg, so there is another one to look out for.

I was pimping Rawls before the draft but to be fair that kid had a character flag issues a mile long.

Character issues like Randle, or like Hardy, or like Gregory, or perhaps RoMac? Or character issues like Romo, JW, or Lee? Just curious?

This is a Lynch\Wilson game. The Cowboys need to limit these 2 on the ground to have a shot.

We want Wilson scrambling around and into sacks trying to pass. We not NOT want Lynch gashing us and Wilson beating us with read/option plays.

I guess he is more like Randle. Larceny purse theft and stealing credit cards.

Richardson has resumed practicing, but has not been moved to the active roster since being on PUP. He is unlikely to play v Cowboys.

They pretty much have until today to activate him. They have not committed one way or the other yet.

Well if not for the starter being injured that week{name escapes me}, Devonta Freeman wouldn't have gotten on the field as much. As far as the Seahags go with the exception of Graham and possibly Lockett they are very very average, almost pedestrian or bus driver like.

What a good idea for a post OP. 99.5% of threads are rehashes. This one is not.

Is there a deadline to activate him if they are going to play him? The way Wilson and Carroll are talking about him it's pretty clear that he is close to returning. I'll just say that I'll be very happy if he does not play.

To be fair, Freeman is a freak. I think he leads the league in rushing and he didn't become a starter until game 3. His all-purpose yards are probably up there too.
