Looks good, with a couple of issues:

All of the scouting reports reference Short as having work-ethic issues. I don't doubt his talent, but I want high-motor guys, especially on the DL.

I was disappointed with Josh Johnson's combine. His short-shuttle and 3-cone were ugly for a CB. I've seen OLinemen with better 3-cone times (DeCastro, Kevin Kowalski).

1 - DT Kawann Short - Purdue: I would be fine with Short as a late 1st

2 - OT Terron Armstead - Arkansas-Pine Bluff: Another good pick.. Starts for us at RT on day 1

3 - RB Jonathan Franklin - UCLA: Torn about this pick.. Like the player but would rather wait til later in the draft to get a RB.

3t - SS Shamarko Thomas - Syracuse: Love the player but hate the pick. Doesn't fit what we need out of a safety at all right now. He is a true strong safety which is what Church is as well.. We really need a Rangey free safety who can cover ground and play "center field" when we play single high.. Wish he was a fit because I love his game.

4 - TE Travis Kelce - Cincinnati: Really dislike this pick. 4th Rd is way to early in my opinion to be drafting a guy to be a 3rd blocking tight end. Also heard he is a character issue. No thanks.

4t - OG Alvin Bailey - Arkansas: Best pick yet in my opinion. I think he is a late 2nd rd talent and will easily start and be our best interior O-Lineman on day 1

5 - CB Josh Johnson - Purdue: Another guy I like a lot.. Good pick

6 - FB Kyle Juszczyk - Harvard: Too early for a FB in my opinion.. especially with Vickers still on the roster.. if you want one bring one in to TC as a UDFA

7t - DT/DE Chris Jones - Bowling Green: Really don't like this pick.. Think he projects as a 3-4 DE.. Get a guy with some upside if you want to take a DL this late

7t - CB Vernon Kearney - Lane: Another under the radar guy I kind of like.. wouldn't be mad at this pick

7t - OT Luke Marquardt - Azusa Pacific: Good pick.. maybe could be a swing tackle for us

Your UFA list is pretty good too but some guys will be drafted

for the record, i do not care too much for this draft....i was merely trying to do something a little different....

i put kelce there, cause the Cowboys have shown interest in him.

i disagree on the FB. Vickers was quite underwhelming as a lead blocker. Get some young blood in there and make Vickers prove he belongs on the roster. KJ is versatile and intelligent. I feel he would make Vickers work his tail off to remain with the team.

Im with you on Vickers being underwhelming but I still think if you want to bring in a guy to replace him you can probably get a UDFA
