I just want to go over our strengths and positives as we head into playoffs

  1. We go in with a relatively healthy Romo
  2. We go in with a relatively healthy TO
  3. Tank has gotten some playing time under his belt. He should be go to go
  4. Terry Glenn is back. Didnt really play. But its exciting. Defenses will have to gameplan TO, Witten, Barber AND TERRY now.
  5. Garrett has got a regular season under his belt as OC
  6. Garrett has got years of playoff experience as a player
  7. Our defense is looking more and more RELENTLESS. I think we make a major statement in first playoff game
  8. Barber is more than solid again this year.
  9. Regardless of the past few weeks. We can score with anyone.
  10. We have a first round bye and #1 seed. Whodathunkit?

This team has played one good half in the last month.

I say we're one and done.

I know the team hasn't played great the last four games, especially compared to the way they played earlier the season, but i wouldn't go as far as to say that they will be one and done.

am i concerned? yeah a little but there is too much talent on this team to give up so easily. I don't think we have seen everything Garrett and Wade have to offer, as far as offensive and defensive schemes and plays.

plus, we should have two healthy starting CBs and two healthy starting WRs. A healthy center and two rested NTs. And a healthier Romo.

the first quarter of our playoff game will tell us what we need to know. if we start hot, we will go to the Super Bowl. If we're flat, we'll be LUCKY to survive the half with any hope.

Basically, what the Chicken Littles are saying is that the Commanders will win the NFC CG at Lambeau.

Seattle got beat by the Panthers last week and gave up 44 in a loss to ATLANTA today.

Tampa Bay also lost to Carolina.

Green Bay got thumped at Chicago.

= Commanders Super Bowl.

No one else in the NFC is entering on a win streak. Therefore, the Commanders are going to Glendale. Everyone else should stop trying.

Or maybe, we should consider that Dallas has beaten every NFC playoff team it has faced in a meaningful game.

some sense finally, and a wonderful post.Everyone will kiss GB butt for playing good, but they played a team that was done anyway, and they looked horrid last week.We are gonna play with so much emotion come Jan 13th it aint funny, especially on the oline.

Is TO relatively healthy?

So goes TO so goes this offense. If TO is better, then I don't think anyone will stay with us, especially with Glenn back.

If TO doesn't play, we may have trouble.

I have to disagree considering the fact that our offense has been bad in almost every first quarter this season.

Does anyone else think we took the foot off the gas after the Green Bay game? We got homefield advantage, which is what we wanted. I think we will come back focused more than ever in two weeks.

1) I have 2 bottles of single malt.
2) We get 3-4 dinged starter players back.
3) T-New and T-Glenn both walked off the field.
4) We will actually game plan the next one.
5) No more regular season game stats to chase.
6) Tony Romo married Jessica last Friday in Mexico so no distractions there.
7) Wade has never lost a Dallas Playoff game in his entire Dallas Cowboys career.
8) No pressure, win and move on, lose and several Cowboys Zone fans will take their complaints to another board untill the draft.
9) TO is a second season wonder.
10) Both brands of scotch are 25+ years old and my pit Rosie will be guarding them

Hey I like this 10 reasons stuff.

Barber had 20 carries vs Detriot (7), Philly (7) and Washington (6 for -6yds) for 69yds (3.1)

He had 22 carries against Carolina and had 110yds (5.0).

When Garrett is willing to stick with the running game, they can have success...

Jones hasn't had 10+ carries since the Jets game (14 64yds 4.6)

When he abandons it early...the numbers are ugly
