In the words of payton manning, are you feeling me (it)?

1A)Jonathan Stewart-RB- Big, Physical and fast. He is stephen jackson/ Jamal Lewis with game breaking speed. He would compliment Barber.

1B)Leodis McKelvin-CB- Straight out of troy just like DWARE, he has speed and decent height. We could go safety but we have money wrapped in roy, and lets give Watkins more time.

2)Shawn Crable-LB-Big, Strong a physical presence. Akin Ayodele isnt as bad as people make him out to be, but hes nothing special.

3)Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie-CB-he's the reigning OVC champion in the high jump, long jump and 60-yd dash. No realtion to Atonio Cromartie as far as i know, but his skills match up very well. His weight (180) could be an issue. But his 6'2 frame should let him gain weight easy.

I think drafting a CB in the first round will be good enough I believe they should address safety in the draft.

I figured that aswell, but when looking at hamlin who i assume you would keep he would be more fitting at SS, woudlnt you say. Other than Kenny phillips who think might be drafted to early there are no stand out FS. We may as well use roy and hamlin and watkins.

WE need the corners, it shows (when newman or henry are out) . I alsom am a firm believer on drafting cb and lineman eveyr draft.

Would love this draft , but I don't think I'd take two corners that high . I'd probably lean more toward a first round CB , a second or third round safety , and maybe another CB in the fifth .
I've been on the Johnathan Stewart bandwagon from day one , but am also shying away from a RB in the first round . I think Barber III has earned the right to be the starter next season , and I think Dallas has to give him that opportunity . I'm thinking now about a second round RB like Chris Johnson or Yvenson Bernard to back up Barber III , and instead going WR and CB in the first round .
Something like :
1st) WR-Adarius Bowman
1st) CB-Antoine Cason
2nd) RB-Chris Johnson
3rd) SS-Josh Barrett

I like that. Could we add Michael McGlynn, OT from Pitt in the 4th and move him to guard to take over from Kosier in 2009? love tackle-guard conversion projects. Maybe Greco from Toledo - hear he's a nasty one.

Me likes. At some point, we need to start thinking of Olinemen who can run block.

No to Jackson. He's simply a KR...we need a WR. I'm not convinced he'll be anything more than a KR in the NFL.

I'd rather see us get a guy like Bowman at WR. McKelvin is supposed to be a heckuva PR. I like most of the picks though.

1.Antoine Cason--A reach? I think not... the guy is a player plain and simple.
1b.Mario Manningham--Game breaker King Jerrah covets....he had a bad game against Ohio State....so what? He also had 74 catches, averaged 16 yards a catch and scored twelve td's.
2.Frank Okam--A true anchor who would allow Ratliff to see more time at DE. Would be nice value in the latter part of the second round. Red Bryant would be a nice fallback as well.
3.Chris Johnson--Unbelievable speed...makes JJ look like he is running backwards.

I can envision CJ going as high as late 1st, he's going to have a great combine, reportedly runs a 4.2, but more likely a 4.3 something, and has a nice, compact build

I go back and forth on this. I really think you're on to something. Maybe a CB and a SS in the first round, save the 2nd for a RB, and pick up a wr in free agency.

Everyone has thier own opinion of RW, but the man is foul, foul, foul. He is easily our weakest link on the offense or defense (starters). In fact, I don't even know who would be a close second. Getting a solid SS would be a giant step in curing some of our secondary woes.

I would really like to express my true feelings on the guy, but I'm afraid I might get banned.

I used to love his game. He flat out "brought it". But something happened, he's just not the same guy. Not even close.

You're probably right and I am probably dreaming a little.....but there is no denying this guy has remarkable tools!!
