Big East All Basketball again?

Looks like the Big East is talking about going back to an All Basketball Conference again.

the big east is a disaster! i wish they would go to basketball only and let the football schools go elsewhere. having teams from texas, california and idaho in the "big east" is just stupid

They need to, for no other reason than to get a leg up on the ACC, who is headed down a similar path.
