In this case where coaches are merely judged by their last resort many would never had chance to prove they can get it right like Pete Carroll for instance.

There are others but hes a good one..

Would you rather have a WR coach be our new HC with little HC or even a major assistants experience?

Time will be the judge.. i give him 3 seasons to get the kinks worked out and show this was the right move..

It's typical with fans - after the fact we find something didn't work out, so we complain, and rather than the complaint on that incident dying over time as it should, it instead gets exaggerated and expressed as if that kind of incident was a consistent issue that went on for years
