..yep, not good foretelling for winning anything.

Might even say, the SB was fluke.
Rodger was hot back then, and he was why they won, + gb had a vg defense that year, but many left for more $ in the off season.

Re-treads are never a good idea. He squandered the majority of a hall of fame QB’s career in GB. He lied his way into this job. He’s a fraud, but so is the entire organization, so they got exactly who they deserve.
Nice job.

McCarthy “failing with Rodgers” ; wins super bowl and in a championship game every 3 years. Please let us fail like this.

Do we even have the right guy? Outside of his 2010 run, it's a bunch of flame outs. Not to mention 75% of this was with a HOF QB under center.

He was hired to win in the playoffs, and well, the results speak for themselves:

Jerry and Stephen are two wild and crazy guys, who love their guys!

I see a .500 record, a super bowl win and 3 championship games….don’t see the issue. If anything it’s a testament just how hard it is to win a super bowl in the nfl than a mark on McCarthy’s resume
Yep 4 NFC championship games most coaches don't sniff that. 10 coaches in NFL history have won more playoff games than McCarthy.

Granted a .500 w/l record isn't great for coaches that have gone to 10+ playoff games, but the average is somewhere between .500 and .600 win percentage. Then you have some outliers like Belichick, Gibbs, Walsh, K. Shanahan, Flores that are in the .700s. Jimmy Johnson is .692.

At the end of the day no one should be happy with McCarthy at the moment. He didn't have the team ready, and failed in the playoffs for the Cowboys. However, its hard to argue against McCarthy having atleast a decent playoff track record over his career.
