The last two weeks there has been no big plays on defense... NYG game was pretty much bend but don't break, the Cowboys were able to survive with Gramatica's FGs... Last week the dam burst and the floodgates blew wide open... Five hundred something yards shoved down their throats...

Dallas needs sacks, forced fumbles, and interceptions... We are still waiting for D-Ware's double digit sacks season, still waiting for T-New's interceptions to increase, Roy's dominating game, and still waiting for Bobby Carpenter to actually hit something and quit running up on a dead play... Can this team ever cover screen passes? It seems that anytime a RB gets a pass out in the flat, he gains 8 yards... I'd hate for Joe Montana to come back and play against this defense, he'd outpass Drew Brees' last performance.

I'm not trying to be all doom and gloom because I think Dallas will play better and finish this season strong, but I am hoping with all my hope that Dallas doesn't pull another end of the season collapse... If that happens, I think there will be major defensive changes... beginning with GROZ. Not sayin', I'm just sayin'. GIT-R-DONE big D.:starspin

Until Dallas learns or tries (whatever the case may be) to pressure the QB this defense will not be making many big plays.

I am tired of the bend then break defense. Either Dallas has done a horrible job of drafting playmakers or there is some bad really bad coaching going on.

The only thing for certain is that the Dallas defense is not a top defense.

Those screen passes are frustrating. The QB dumps it out and there are no defenders within ten yards. Sometimes, not even in the TV picture.
