Biggest problems so far,
Offense
Too many players on Offense need to learn the nuances of their job and do their job, too many mistakes and turn overs
Defensive
No Discipline, Basics are sloppy and players are caught out of position, Players are freelancing to much and caught not playing their assignments on plays
Everyone wants the highlights but not doing the down and dirty job as my coach Ernie S used to say, get ur head up and ur as down and beat the man in front of you.
Mike M is not known as a strick discipline coach as JJ or Red was, need to get on the players if starts and ends w them
