You honestly think that?Quin sucks! He threw the GB game so he could get a jump on HC jobs...

Does Bell still have the speed? I definitely like him in run support. Pretty sure Thomas is healthy. I like him in coverage. I just figured Bell would be back too. We play cover 3 too so we'll have some safeties on the field.I would like to see Juanyeh Thomas and Bell as the starting safeties.
Niche player here really. Box S's dont really fit Eberflus systemHe'll never get a bigger role than he had in DQ's system. He fits that SS/LB hybrid spot perfectly.
Here, I think he's just a backup SS.
He basically signed an ST contract though. He is dirt cheapBell is a SS. Bell just got re-signed to new deal with Eberflus coming in at DC, so Bell has some support in the building. Coming off and injury and learning a new system Bell has to get right in order to compete with Dono. We know Bell can force the run, but we have to see how he does in coverage.
Oh, Bell has a role in this defense my friend, just watch what this young stud is going to bring.I can't help but think that with Markquese Bell's ability to play S or LB makes him a valuable piece in Eberflus defense. I really wish Dan Quinn was still here. In my mind, the Cowboys should have hired DQ as the HC and should have worked something out with him to take over after McCarthy. I get it though. That'd potentially impact McCarthy as well.
Quinn was the guy who brought Bell in to develop. He really utilized him well.
Anyway, I really like Bell in the run game as a LB or in the box safety.
I wonder, how can Eberflus best utilize Bell in this new defensive scheme? Will he be a linebacker or safety?
he is too light to play LB, he struggled in run defense because our front 7 was too light. he is not fast enough as a cover saftey so probably a strong saftey playing close to the LOS as additional run support.I can't help but think that with Markquese Bell's ability to play S or LB makes him a valuable piece in Eberflus defense. Far fetched, but why would he run a scheme and stick with it, that was getting killed and he hadn't run all year. You honestly think that?
This was already exposed. He shouldn't touch the field as a lb on early downs.
Eh, or he could've signed a cheap starting SS contract have to wait and see.He basically signed an ST contract though. He is dirt cheap
Did you see any defensive adjustments being made on the way to 250+ rushing yards? You honestly think that?
Got exposed as a LB in the GB game. Leave him at S.I really like Bell in the run game as a LB or in the box safety.
- i'm not sure Eberflus scheme and philosophy is in a similar manner that will move a Bell around as aI can't help but think that with Markquese Bell's ability to play S or LB makes him a valuable piece in Eberflus defense.
