Biggest Concern for me

the only hope that I’m holding is that Quinn stays, draft defense heavy, and see if a 2nd year defense under Quinn can drive this team….of course losing some Players on defense to free agency is going to hamper this as well…..you’re right , pass the whiskey
Best case here is probably as follows....

Quinn leaves and the defense takes a serious step backward.

Jerry cuts ties with MM after next years 6-11 disaster.

He also realizes that the Moore/Dak combo isn't going to work and we bring in a defensive minded HC who wants to put more emphasis on helping Dak play to his strengths.

Of course that could probably be started NOW by clearing MM and Moore out and hiring Quinn, but Jerry is never ahead of anything.

It was nice to actually have a real football mind in the building for a change.....and when put next to the other clowns, he really stood out.

is there a chance that Jerry makes a deal with Quinn to stay at DC knowing that midway through next season MM gets canned and Quinn serves as interim and then signed as permanent

Jerry never wants to be seen as being reactionary and I wonder if a scenario like this would give him that cover he needs?

the other question is Quinn definitely the next HC this team needs. Sure his stock is high because of the bump he’s given the defense, but it’s only been one year and are we all jumping on his bandwagon too soon?

I know one thing…..I have no answers and greater minds than me have failed but like it’s been pointed out, the one common denominator is the teams ownership and their involvement and if an outsider looks at this objectively they would come to the same conclusion

Tough to even try to make the claim that he has gotten one single coaching decision right since the very first one.

It's not even the results....it's inexperience and mismatching of players and systems.

There's a reason no other pro sports teams are run that way.
