I can't believe no one has mentioned ignoring Free Agency to help build the roster.

Drafting Zeke at #4. Because they drafted him that high, of course they were going to overpay and give him an extension. When you draft Top-5, you expect that player to give you 10 years of quality play. We got 4 great years out of Zeke...even by RB standards, that isn't very good return on your investment.
