1. Julius Jones
2. TO
3. Spears
4. Canty

I really thought all 4 would become legitmiate big time players.

Roy Williams- Been Terrible.
Brady James- Been Terrible
FS- Been Terrible.

Spears, Canty, James and the O Line Again. A postive though is that I think we finally found a QB.

Agreed with all except FS. I had no expectation for any of them. I vote for JJ. He is useless.

The entire defensive unit. Way, way overrated. How did they ever contain the Colts back in November?

In this order:

1. BP (no longer able to motivate at this level)
2. Zimmer (can't coach the 3-4. barely any better coaching 4-3)
3. Spears (talented in college. garbage thus far at the next level)
4. James (talented in college. garbage thus far at the next level)
5. Canty (talented in college. garbage thus far at the next level)
6. Bledsoe (so many hopes. got too old)
7. Roy Williams (major liability in coverage)
8. TO (despite various injuries still puts up great number, but drops huge balls)

How about Roy Williams and Bill Parcells.

Jerry Jones for not seeing the incompetence of our coaching staff and, as GM, making a change.

1) Anthony Henry - looked like a pro bowler before injury last season, and now he's suckishly playing injured

3. Spears
4. Canty

These two by far....no pass rush....which is why we are losing!

Though we are in the "Tournament" as he likes to say, I have to say Bill Parcells' defensive game plan and yes it is early, but his draft this Spring are dissapointments at this point.

I have to nominate Big Bill

- I believe you are right, we need a coach that knows how to win, like Jimmy Johnson. I've been saying it, Jimmy Johnson is the that coach that could restore us.

2. Zimmer (can't coach the 3-4. barely any better coaching 4-3)
- I believe it's not Zimmer it's this new defense he's not use to coaching. I really think this team needs some type of motivation.

3. Spears (talented in college. garbage thus far at the next level)
I believe he has been playing like some garbage also, he got man handled last night by Shawn Andrews and notice the offensive lineman on had one had on him, I believe he just needs to get in the weight room.

4. James (talented in college. garbage thus far at the next level)
-James have been giving up costly plays lately and I believe that contract really didn't help things out but that's the chances we took when we signed him. How about he was in the pro bowl this time of the year, he probably would've been asking for a boat load full of money.

5. Canty (talented in college. garbage thus far at the next level)
-I believe he stepping up, he really have never been a fear sack artist but he's been in on the run.

6. Bledsoe (so many hopes. got too old)
-My sig explains where he's at.

7. Roy Williams (major liability in coverage)
- I believe if we switch back to the 3-4, Roy Williams will become a linebacker, and either the Cowboys will trade for a veteran free safety or sign one, or draft the top one.

8. TO (despite various injuries still puts up great number, but drops huge balls)
- I believe we need to stick with Terrell Owens even after the season is over. You just don't give a player up after the first season. I believe Jerry Jones could talk to him about a pay cut or don't give him that bonus. I don't think Terrell Owens would come in at that 10 million next year. more like 8 million. Just cut 2 million off, but put something in his contract saying if he drop a certain amount of touchdown passes he would get his 2 million. Jerry should make him work for that 2 million. I like Terrell Owens alot but he got to stop dropping key passes. But everybody haves to realize that he is playing with an injury. As long as we could win some playoff games and go to the superbowl and win it I'll be satisfied.

My take: It's time for Bill Parcells to get his team together and motivate everybody. Even Terrell Owens. I believe he should give Terrell Owens some motivation personally, just ask him and the team to step up a notch. Get some superbowl players from the Cowboys past to visit the organization and talk to the players. Currently, we're not ready for the playoffs. Anthony Henry diffently needs to step up. The whole front line needs to step up on the defensive and offensive side of the ball. Romo got to get back on his consistent ways.

I believe this would be a good time to sign Antowain Smith or Quentin Griffin. I would rather have (AS) than (QG). We need to help Marion Barber out.

I think Tony Parrish should be getting some playing time. It's been 3 games now. We need somebody in there to cause turnovers. I believe Tony Parrish should play this game.

I believe that a couple of more players should be added to this.

1. Anthony Henry - I believe Aaron Glenn should start.
2. Marco Rivera - I believe Andre Gurode should start at this position and Al Johnson start at Center.
3. Kyle Kosier- Pat McQuistan at this position.
4. Jason Fegurson- Put Montavious Stanley in.

I believe Montavious Stanley should get some playing time to get a pass-rush on that weak defensive line.

Are you serious? Ferguson has been very solid this year. It's not his fault that the others on the D-line (except Ware) have underachieved. To me, when you don't hear about your nose tackle then he is doing a good job.

He was talking about Jason "Fegurson", whom I don't think is on our team

1) Roy Williams. We're not getting our money's worth. Not even remotely close to it. He's been absolutely awful.

2) Bradie James. Ditto.

3) Spears/Canty. Stout vs Run. Where is the pressure we saw them create last year... at least a little bit. We can pay someone alot less to do more than Spears, and Canty plays too high to get pressure on the QB.

4) Julius Jones. Vanishing act in big games.

5)TO. - I'm done defending him. Just go away.

6)Parcells.- Team is way too inconsistent and lacks grit. When the going gets tough, we fold. Just one time I wanna see some fight from someone on HIS Defense. Team does not play with any kind of intensity.

Coaching: That play to Westbrook at the end of the 1st half was inexcusable. You need to defend in that situation: deep (check) and the sidelines (uhhh no).

And now the Offense is lacking the tempo it had established. Too much audibling. Way too many mini-waggle plays, too much Romo rolling vs delivering on time to open receivers a la the Carolina and Wash games.

That play action INT yesterday was horrid. Total momentum killer. It should not have been even an option to change the play. Reign Romo in a little bit and he'll be ok. But I blame the coaches for not emphasizing this.
